Meet Moi!

I am a special education teacher.  I taught 6th grade students in a self-contained classroom.  I have worked with elementary and middle school students with learning disabilities, emotional disabilities, mild cognitive disabilities, autism, and other health impairments in various setting.  I have been teaching here in America since 2004.  I hail from the Philippines.

My nickname is Jhoy, because my father used to call me the "joy of my life".  I am a mother of three wonderful boys ages 20, 8 and 3. 

In my free time, I enjoy watching cartoon shows or playing with my kids, facebook-ing or skype-ing, and cooking with my hubby.
